It is probably a scam. If your credit card address is incorrect; how did they send you a letter stating it is incorrect? Total Scam - if you want to be sure - contact all of your credit card companies and up date your records.

normally your bank information is separate from your credit card company,.its your responsibility to update this every time you move,.
