Only the ones which you have bought and paid for and then only for your own personal use. If you give or loan it then to somebody else you are breaking the law.

Windows media player has an plugin that you can download to burn to CD or DVD. Since a lot of people use Media Player to listen to music anyway that's often the most convenient.
