you can get a tattoo anywhere that there is skin available.
i am in the process of getting my whole back tattooed and that includes my spine. it is one of the most painful places to be tattooed because it's on bone and it is your central nervous system.
one thing you should know is that not all tattoo artists are talented at what they do. please do research before you get a tattoo anywhere. make sure what they have to offer is something that impresses you.

Yes, you can get one on your spine. And on the inside of your forearm. Just get something that means a lot to you.

You can get a tattoo anywhere. The inside of your arm may be a little painful. But, tattoos hurt anyway. Unless it's something you want to look at everyday, put it somewhere you can't see it.

Yes you can, i have one that crosses my lower spine, and it can feel painful awhile the needle passes over, but it goes away, You can pretty much tattoo any part of your body, check out web sites with tattoos.

Any place that is directly on nerves, bone will be very painful (i.e., spine). The outside of the upper arm is a better choice.

You can basically get a tattoo anywheres. Some places hurt more then others and also some artists wont do certain areas if you know what i mean.

I would think that you could get on your spine since there are those that have full back pieces.

Yes, you can get one on both places. But going directly over the bone is much worse.I got mine when I was 17 and now I wished I hadn't.

you can get a tattoo absolutely anywhere you want. the closer the skin i to the bone, the more it will hurt, thats all

As far as I know, the only place you can't get tattooed is on your eyeballs. Good luck.
