My skin is warm to the touch, and it lasts for about 30 mins. It usually just happens after I eat but sometimes, when I havent eaten. I've changed the foods I've eaten to try to elliminate this, but nothings worked. Any clue on what it is? Thank you.

Hi.
This is probably a food allergy or a particular food that is creating too much heating in the body. You would need to have a thorough look at your entire diet and all the substances you are taking into your body to find this problem, as well as looking at your general state of being.
Once this done you will have a picture of your constitution in general and where you are going wrong.

if you would like some help with this then please go to my site here http://www.craighitchenstherapies.com/onlineconsults.html and I would be happy to help you.

Have a great day!

Sounds like you are having some kind of metabolic problem, or something to do with your body chemistry. This is not something that is answerable in this forum. You really need to go see your doctor, asap.

I don't think what you are eating has anything to do with it. It is something physiological. You need lab work, etc. done.

Prayin' for ya here.....take care of you!
