What is the best way for me to find God?

Question

Once & for all, I wish to quash all doubts beyond shadow of a doubt.

How did you first discover God, & what method did you use? Did you:

Picture, with a camera?
Video, with a camcorder?
Felt him touch you?
Smelled him, perhaps smelled like a jasmine flower or something?
Heard him talk to you, & recorded it on tape cassette?
Tasted him, found him to be good like the Bible says, perhaps like chocolate?

Please, only serious & dedicated people who are seeking the real truth need respond. Do NOT reply if you don't even believe in God. I have to know the truth once & for all.

Feel free to email me your personal pics, vids, recordings of God, but ONLY if you have 1st hand evidence. No 2cd hand allowed, as it might be fabricated.

Please tell me your method, describe in detail what to do, so I can capture God also & know for sure he is, as I have no use for any God that can't be known. That kind of God is worse than Santa Clause to me...

So far you have some excellent advise. If you actually want to physically find him well I'm afraid you will have to wait till Armageddon. However keep in mind that probability will still be against you actually doing the physical thing. I have to agree that the physical method is kinda dodgy. We don't really know when(there are various theories but none of them seem able of pining it down to a date.) For more immediate satisfaction but a non physical experience the general consensus seems to agree that the place where you can find god is your heart. Easier said than done. He is an impish character and knows how to hide from you. Hope this helps you in your quest for truth happiness and the terrestrial way.

It depends on what level you want your relationship to be with God. God is challenging but the best thing that can happen to men. When you that the word "GOD" and read backword "DOG" you can see a symbolistic definition say it is man best friend, always there even after life.
I met God for the first time when I was 6 years old. I never forget that. How? I spent 13 years in a catholic school. When I was in my first year of school My religion teachers use to teach me how to pray, to behave, to be a saint if you want to see God. In the bible it is said it is easier for a child to comunicate with God because he/she has a pure and simple mind/spirit. My deepest dream was to see God one day. As a result I've been trying to do exactly what God ask a human to do if he really love him. So I've been praying days and night, doing meditations, follow the Bible, think of God all the time. Finally I saw him, spoke to him and he spoke to me. Let me tell you he does not look like in the picture or statues. If you think when looking at the statues or praying at them you are talking to God , you are wrong..
God talk to you all the time. You just don't listen.
First, think God
2- Go/get to you simplest and most pure mind
3- Love him/ be his loyal friend
4- Do what he aske
5- wish Him
6- constantly invite him in your life
7-Be obsess with him
8- pray/talk to him
9- Beleive

I put believe at the end because if you believe you will do all the 7 steps

Find out answer for the questions : Who are you? Why Iam here? What is our destination. Faith in Unseen is presumed by most of as something against science. But if we go into physics or maths deeply, we will finally end up in faith without which science is invalid today. Same applies to Human, God, Soul etc. If you keep on asking questions without stopping at one particular point where Having Faith is the only answer, then you will hit the wall. Or start giving answers "Live & perish as u like". we humans are created with the 6th sense. When we see smoke at a distance, we infer that there is fire there. Likewise we use our 6th sense to conclude so many things in our normal life. Same we dont apply to religion. But every one accepts Death is 100%sure.
Today in this materialistic world, people think that everything should have proof. Religion dont have proof and so ignore it. Live as you like and perish when the time comes. This way of thinking itself is against science. Becos today the whole science is based on certain unseen faiths & beliefs. Example, in Maths we assume "Limit tends to infinity" and solve many complex problems. What is this Infinity? No man knows it. SImilarly in Physics we assume a smallest wave particle called "Photon" which dont have any proof for existence physically, then proceed with atomic physics. Without such assumption & faith, physics is meaningless. So faith is not against science, it is a part & basis of science. Likewise we have billions of wonders around us and in our own body to proclaim the existence of God. Belief in such an Entity will only make our actions better, give peace to our mind in spite of so much anxious moments of our life. We cant say that we can believe everything only when we touch, feel, see, hear etc.
Till now time is not defined scientifically. We can measure time and know that time will always go forward. There are few theories that time is going forward like how our universe is expanding. Time is a dimension for all measurements. Death which is 100% sure for all of us is itself a proof that there is a super power controlling everything around us.

Your going about it the wrong way. There is no physical evidience of God becuase he is Spirit. You can see God or record God on a tape recorder becuase when he speaks to you He is in your head. At least He is when He speaks to me. If you are truly seeking God, email me @ [e-mail]

The best way to find God is thru Jesus Christ his only beloved son. 1stly accept that you are a sinner and then ask God for forgiveness of sins. Then you accept Jesus also as your personal saviour thatz all!
