My sister was told by a nurse that she should not go to a certain doctor because he had been told he couldn't practice in another town, but the nurse wouldn't tell my sister the reason. She has asked me to see if I can find out anything online. I have done searches on his name and the town he has allegedly been banned from, but no luck. Is there a site that you can find out that kind of info for free?

Contact the local chapter of the AMA or other doctor's regulatory agency in your state to determine what disciplinary actions have been taken against the doctor.
