An intelligent Creator + His will = everything, God made us, God made everything.

Oh dear.

Lets be clear about a few things here first. Mass and energy are essentially the same thing. They are interrelated and neither can exist independantly. They are interchangable too. Matter (stuff with mass) and energy are, therefore, essentially the same.

The dimentionality of the universe is defined by bosonic interaction according to Yukawa's theory. It is from this that superstring theory defines the universe to exist in higher dimentions than we percieve. Mass/energy sits in the universe but also defines the universe it sits in. Without mass/energy, there would be no universe.

Colloquially, 'the universe' is considered to be everything, so in that sence mass/energy is all there is. Intellegence is a symptom of our brains. A brain consists of matter, and therefore is constrained in the same system. So, mass/energy is still al there is.

HOWEVER, if you believe in God you believe in an intellegent being that transcends the dimentionality of the universe all together. No natural physics laws can describe this, because the laws of physics can only describe the universe by definition. Anything beyond the universe is beyond the scope of physics.

Whether or not you believe in God isn't important here. Whether or not transcendence beyond the dimentionality of the universe is possilble isn't important (because it is unprovable either way). The universe, be definition, requires mass/energy and nothing else.

Energy and matter only.

Intelligence is simply an emergent property of certain configurations of energy and matter. Intelligence does not, on its own, exist.

Strictly speaking there's only energy. Matter is a manifestation of energy.

Emotion is energy in motion.

energy is matter, you had the intelligence.

matter is also energy, and I think you are according too much importance to intelligence, which as I see it is just a byproduct of our evolutionary path and not some ultimate goal of evolution.

Well since the others can exist independently of intelligence but the other two are vital I would say your first is correct.
