After having a 2½ yr long distance relationship, and me moving to be near him for 9 months... why is it only when I "threaten" our relationship he then decides to move to be by me, but never does...?
And now I feel as if he has waited too long... and my drive to "do everything for him to be happy" is gone..

Long distance relationships are a joke, and not a good one.
That is a pen pal. A relationship is where you actually see and feel the other person, regularly. Grow up.
