what vitamins does a person need?
if someone wasnt eating (im not saying i am not) what vitimans would they need to take to survive?
i dont take any vitimans...

A person doesn't need any extra vitamins. They are a total waste. Your body will just pass them through your system, out through your urine and for nothing.

ONLY if your doctor has told you, from blood work, that you have a serious vitamin deficiency, should you need to take any.

A person needs to eat. Some of the necessary vitamins for survival are fat soluable.

Well it depends on what your body needs. Some people need fiber or calicum. If you have white spots in your nails then you need calicum. If you have troubles in the toliet take fiber.
