I do not know any parlors near Saginaw, but I had a beautiful tattoo done in Grand Rapids at Mos Eisley's. They have some talented artists. I would drive 2 hours to make sure my tattoo was done well,speaking from the experience of receiving a poorly done one....

I understand the Motor City Tattoo convention is this weekend. That would be an outstanding place to meet local artist and browse many styles. Don't be afraid to travel a little for a good tat.

There's one on Saginaw road going west on the outskirts of
Midland, and there's one in Beaverton on main street.. They
both look to be "clean" places, but not being a tattoo fan ------
