Hair is only going to grow about a half inch per month that is the norm. Taking good care of it is the secret of having beautiful hair. Keeping bad ends trimmed off regularly, every 6-8 weeks by a hairstylist that will only trim what you want and not what they want, a good protein conditioner twice a month. Stay away from blow dryers, curling irons, chemical treatments and anything else that is damaging to your hair. These are just some of the things to get your hair back in shape if your hair is damaged and to get it growing again. Brushing at night will stimulate the scalp for the blood flow and is very good for the hair. Just don't pull on the hair.
Good Luck.

if available in your area, buy Tricopherus of Barry or Barry's Tricopherus (not sure how they name it exactly). It is an excellent hair care product specifically created to help in hair growth. It has been used for years (since the 1800's)! It is a hair lotion which is gently massaged in the scalp. Available in a local Sedano's or Hispanic supermarket or pharmacy.

Also try washing your hair a little more frequently if you havent been doing so already. Try washing it every 2-3 days especially if it is very oily. Oily hair tends to clog the folicle thereby slowing hair growth. Washing it more often helps remove oil and hopefully speed growth.

You can also try Mirta de Perales hair care products also available in hispanic stores or try massaging your scalp.

Hope any of this is helpful and that you can find the products!

When growing your hair out, it's important to keep it healthy. I get a TRIM (and I mean you can't even tell I've had any cut off) every six weeks or so to keep the dead ends off. I also use Biotin, which is a hair/nail formula that you can find at GNC. Prenatal vitamins work also. These things will speed your hair growth, but everyone's hair is different and I don't think there is a miracle growth formula.

There's no such product on the market that you can buy to speed up the growth. Eat a healthy diet & drink lots of water. Those two things lone will promote halthy hair. Give your hair a good brushing each day, perhaps at bedtime. It stimulates your scalp, by getting the blood circulating in the scalp & feels great. If you have high blood pressure, brush gently & not too long.

You cannot make your hair growth "very fast." Your hair naturally grows approximately 2 inches a month.

dont trust hair dressers... of course they are going to tell you to get your hair cut every 4-6 weeks to remove dead hair.. BUT thats just because thats how hair dressers make their money.. i would really love to hear a hair dresser say.. "to grow your hair, dont cut it"... but thats like asking a car salesman what you need... lol. I shaved my head in high school for a cancer thing, and by grad I had my hair down to the middle of my back... just before grad I cut off the dead ends (approx 2 inches). I know it wont be a popular answer amoung hairdressers.. but take it from someone who knows because I did it. In my opinion split ends never go up more than 3 inches if you take care of your hair.
