Chances are he spoke four languages fluently. Using common notion you can deduct Bengali, Greek, and any of the Saxon languages. If we use the area of that time and look at the Historical data that we have presented before us through the Holy Bible, regular history of the world, personal historical accounts of the people living at that time in the land what is now called Israel, then we can see clearly, which languages Jesus spoke.
According to the Christian theology Jesus used to work at the Holly Temple. The language that was spoken in the Holy Temple was known as "shanah hadosha" i.e. Holly language, which would be Hebrew. Knowing Hebrew was required if you lived in the land of Israel, Judea, what is now Jordan and what is now Southern Lebanon for Jews living there spoke Hebrew. Furthermore, Aramaic was used to communicate with non-Jewish neighbors and some Jewish groups who refused to use Hebrew as an every day language. We studied in school that Roman Empire took over Israel. When we look deeply into the policy of the Romans we learned that they made laws that people should learn Latin in order to be connected to the Roman Empire and its culture. In order to business with Rome and communicate with Rome Latin was required. Then if we look ever further into the territory we would discover that many Bedouins lived then as well as now. These group of Bedouins traveled throughout Middle East and their native tongue was Arabic as well as Egyptian (they too speak Arabic) who would cross the Sinai to deal with the Romans or to sell or purchase slaves. Though historically speaking Arabic was not as influential in Israel as Hebrew, Aramaic and Latin, but it was spoken nonetheless.
By the way, Abouterat original Bible aka the Torah was written in Hebrew and the language is alive. The Talmud uses some Aramaic, but mostly falls back to Hebrew.
To those people that say it was Greek you are mistaken. Jesus did not preach outside of Israel according to the Christian texts he was even killed in Israel. It was Paul who spread the gospel to Greece, but he had it translated into Greek and Latin in order to gain more followers. Paul lived in what is now Lebanon and hence could have easily spoken Latin and Greek. Lebanon was part of the Roman Empire, but had at one time many Greeks. This is why there are Coptic Christians in Lebanon. Most of their traditions are somewhat based closely to the Greek Orthodox Church instead of Catholic Church.

Would not have been uncommon for him to probably speak in Greek and Aramaic. And whenever he was teaching the crowds in the Bible he was most likey speaking in Greek.
Greek was by far the most common language of the time, and if you were to travel you probably would learn Greek very quickly in order to be able to communicate anywhere along the fertile crescent.
Yet, Jesus most likely spoke in Aramaic when speaking with just the religious types.

Thanks For Your Question
Well Jesus speaks Aramaic and that was the original language that was used to write the new testament but sadly the original language of the Bible is now lost forever.

He spoke Aramaic for sure, most likely he also spoke Hebrew since most of the Old Testament is written in Hebrew, and it is not unthinkable that he spoke Greek as well. Probably not Greek as his family was not terribly affluent but it is possible.

Primarily Aramaic, quite likely he knew some Greek, and almost certainly knew a little Hebrew from studying the Scriptures.
