You need to drink more water and stop using the lip balm and start using plain vaseline especailly at bedtime.

If by peeling you just mean it gets really dry and chapped, try this:

Take a goop of lip balm on your finger, I use Carmex, and add a good amount of sugar to it. Blend the balm and the sugar and use it as an exfoliant on your lip.

It'll get rid of all that dead skin and help moisturize.

lip blam itself does not help. first of all you should drink more fluids (preferably mineral water), because this may be the sign of dehidration. befire you put on the lipblam you use your toothbrush to remove (rub off) the upper layer of the skin on your lips, that way the lipblam will hidrate it better. las far as lip cancer is conserned, you should show it to a dermatologist, but i don't think so...

If you have the habbit of wetting your lips with your tongue or biting your lips STOP IT FIRST.

Drink lot of water.

Apply pure coconut oil. Dont use any lipstick or other similar things for few days.

Plain petroleum jelly works best for me. You might want to try a Burt's Bees lip product also.

no is u had lip cancer you would have white spots. But try to stay out of the cold and keep them mousterized!

ok, first once a week, put vasoline, on your lips, then using a clean toothbrush, brush your lips, and this will exfoliate your lips, and make them soft, and then use vasolilne to moisturize them in between exfoliating them. its nothing to worry about, with winter and colder air, it dryes all skin out,
