Silicone, but they are harder to find since they were pulled from the U.S. market. I here they are bringing them back, though.
The other option is saline implants which are currently more popular in the U.S. due to safety reasons.

Wow, what a lot of silly answers...poor you. I am going in for my BA March 7th, I cannot tell you how much research I have done. Niether saline or SILICONE are harmful to the body or cause diseases as once thought. Silicone, however, if ruptures is hard to detect and harder to remove and replace. But Silicone has a much thicker shell and ruptures less frequently. SIlicone feels the most natural, saline will show "ripples" when you bend down and sometimes you can "feel" the implant with saline, go under the muscle if possible. Also dont get textured, they are more notorius to harden. I have friends that have had them over 10 years and none have any hardening, discomfort or anything. So if this will make you feel better about yourself, by all means...do it!!!

Silicone. But they do harden up over time (all breast implants do), and I've heard that it's quite painful to remove, and may not be worth it unless you have the cash to upkeep them. Also, they have a tendency to burst and rupture inside your body.
Why don't you try wearing silicone padders? Or a better bra?

if you really want to pay 5000 dollars every 4 months be my guest but all implants harden up and can also burst inside your body, and they are seriously painful to get removed
