Find the little bones that are below your wrists. There should be a space between these bones and your wrist. Wrap your forefinger and thumb around it in a sort of Circle shape. If your forefinger and thumb overlap, you're small framed. If they touch, but don't overlap, you're medium framed. If they have a large gap, you are large framed. This works because your hands are made proportionately to your wrist, and because people rarely gain fat around their wrist right there.

I have heard there is no such thing as large framed or small framed. the size of bones is in relatation to your height and age. Which is why "larger people" have difficulties with joints, and aches, the bones are under strain supporting weight they were never intend to.

In college my health prof told us this: Take the fingers of one hand and wrap them around the opposite wrist. If your thumb and middle finger touch, or nearly touch, you're average. If the overlap slightly, you're small framed, and if they don't touch at all, you're large!

Well, it all depends on height and weight.........and is hard to tell because you may be medium tooo!! I guess you can go to a gym and ask someone they might be able to help you. I would help you but you didn't attach a pic!!
Next time give specific measurements and include a pic so we can compare numbers to built to really tell you what's up!!

measure the size of your wrist, usually big boned people don't look as fat because they can spread the fat more even, now I have small bones and if I get a pooch it looks worse on me.
