How Can I Make My Hair Grow Faster?

The subject I want to discuss today is a question that is often asked and seems to concern many women. It usually comes in two forms; “My hair doesn’t get any longer.” and “How can I make my hair grow faster?”

I’m sorry to say that, despite numerous advertising campaigns, there are no magic ointments or quick fix treatments that will make your hair grow faster. The average growth rate is one half inch per month. Sometimes hair does not seem to get longer because the ends are breaking off, making it appear not only, not to grow but even to get shorter. There isn’t anything you can do to increase that, however you can take certain measures to keep your hair as strong as possible.

Let me explain.
The longer your hair is, the ‘older’ the ends of it are. Everyday, wear and tear, such as sun, wind, blow drying, curling irons and other heat styling tools, even shampooing and brushing, all work together to gradually erode each hair. This eventually causes split ends that will, in turn, result in the hair breaking off.

The first step is prevention. Care for your hair as you would any valuable possession. Use a mild shampoo that is recommended for your hair type, such as: oily hair, dry hair, color treated, etc. If you are unsure, seek the advice of a hairdresser. I suggest using a conditioner after every shampoo; again, one that is formulated for your hair type. The conditioner will soften the hair and reduce the amount of wear causing friction between hair strands. Reduce the amount of heat styling you do. Whenever possible, let your hair dry naturally.

Finally, get regular trims. If you are striving for longer hair, see your hairdresser at least every ten to twelve weeks to have one quarter to one half inch trimmed. This will get rid of any budding split ends while, at the same time, allowing for growth.

While making sure these things are taken care of, remember that the hair papilla, where the hair begins, is nourished by blood vessels, so concentrate on a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you are getting the essential nutrients required by your body and promote good circulation with regular exercise and scalp massage.

you can't make your hair grow that fast!!!!! Eat right (lots of protein, water, fruits & veggies, take a vitamin), get sleep and exercise, don't chemically treat or even blow-dry your hair, keep it clean and conditioned. You'll just have to wait,well.. 1 inch a week is impossible!! hair grows about 1/2 inch a month!! multivitamins will help speed it up some but that is an unrealistic goal.. maybe try some extensions if you need it grown that quick!! sorry. Before getting Natural Home made Hair Care Tips, here you get the basic hair care routine tips . Natural Home-
For a perfect Hair Care System includes hair brushing, massaging, shampooing, rinsing, conditioning and drying...

hair brushing.
How do you keep the natural look of your hair? Do you brush before a bath? It is good. Also don’t forget to brush before every shampooing before a bath. It is essential and is the first step to a hair care routine. Use a clean, soft and dry brush. NEVER BRUSH HAIR WHEN WET
head massaging.
If someone massages your head then you know how soothing it is? You can do it by yourself. Massage the scalp with finger tips gently. This help to loosen more dead particles. It also helps to improve blood circulation. Start massaging from the back of the head with finger rotating slowly and gently. Work the finger in circular movements. This gives relaxation to the muscles there.

shampooing
Careless shampooing can be harmful for your hair either wrongly used or wrong shampoo used. Wet the hair thoroughly with warm water. Use a little of shampoo, mix with equal quantity of water and rub into hair till getting a thick froth.

rinsing
Rinsing neatly after shampooing is very needful. Do it 3 to 4 times. The last rinse better with cold water. Add a little vinegar/lemon also make everything better.

conditioning
Regular conditioning is good and essential and it gives extra care for your hair a long extend. The purpose of conditioning is to restore the natural condition of hair. It helps hair to manage breakage and to reduce split ends. For a rough type of hair a homely method is there -adding a little lemon is good.

drying.
Finally you have to dry your hair. Treat it with great value. Use dry and soft towel. Do not rub, just blot and dry.

Natural homemade Protein treatment: Beat 1 egg and add slowly 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of vinegar. Apply it on hair and keep for 10 to 15 minutes. Apply shampoo and rinse well. This is good for all type of hair.
For oily hair Use any thin type of oil instead of olive oil and add lemon juice instead of vinegar.
If you feel sticky also it is worth to do protien treatement. Use mild shampoo twice and condition it next day.

no honey, im afraid not. BUT you can keep routine trims so you dont get split ends that will make your hair seem shorter. A good deep conditioner like a "k-pak" will maintain moisture and keep your hair healthy.
