...sure it's scary...(I'm turning 50 myself...Yikes!!!) but not so scary as to ever be keeping you out of the wonderful fabulous sexy dating pool reasonably! There are allot of fabulously sexy older women appreciatively. Some of them can even act like mature adults too! Don't get so hung up on the age issue anymore. Concern yourself more on the people that DO like you. If a young babe comes and spreads her wings with you appreciatively?....enjoy both her and yourself dude. Life is full of allot of sweet flowers. Try to pick the good ones though. There occasionally will be some weeds in the garden. Try to recognize them before you pick them. Some weeds have beautiful foliage. Try to discern what's good in your garden...and then enjoy it my friend.

Hello! Being over forty and liking someone in their 30"s or younger not easy. A woman I like doesn't like older men as she's worried she'll have to take care of them when they get older. It is definitely scary because the further along in your 40's you get, the harder it will be potentially. I'm 48 and wonder if I'll ever find true love. My advice is to become your own best friend, tap into some culture, and broaden your horizons. Good luck to you.
