Loosing weight in a sustained and useful way is seldom helped much by medication.
It really is a mater of less in, more out. eat less calories and do more vigorous exercises, both are needed.
The vast majority of 'diet pills' are potentially dangerous and often addictive and the herbal ones are just about useless!
If I was pushed I guess I would choose Xenical, it is not systemically absorbed and works be decreasing absorption of fat in the gut. It does tend to produce diarrhoea and wind, but they are totally non-addictive and can be used indefinitely.
If you are significantly overweight and are NOT expecting a quick fix, which you will never get, go discuss them with your GP.

You can join a health club called health care 2000.
The tablets suppress your appetite but when you come off them you can put weight back on easy.

I am 45 years old and haven't found a miracle one yet! just good ol diet and exercise. Believe me I have tried a lot of them but nothing works long and nothing will take away the fat quickly except lipo-suction.
