It does go bad, and will also separate in the fridge with the fat floating to the top because it isn't homogenized like cow milk. It also doesn't last as long in the fridge since it isn't pasteurized.
You could probably make cheese etc from it if you really wanted to. The milk that comes out first is foremilk and pretty watery, but the hindmilk is rich and creamier.
It tastes kind of sweet, not much like milk. Hey, if I was going to give it to my kids I was going to try it!
It isn't gross at all!

Whats more strange to me is that we feel that is is OK to drink from the breast of a cow, but not the breast of a human.
To your question - yes milk does go bad and will curdle if you leave it out, just like cow's milk. Since it does curdle, I assume you could make some type of cheese product from it.
The taste, kinda sweet and watery.

Yes you can make cheese, butter, ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, soap......
It does go bad like cows milk does yes.
I don't think your question is strange or gross. No different than cows milk.

Sure it can go bad. If a nursing mom pumps her milk and lets it stay out-it will sour.
I don't know if you can make the items you mentioned. I think human milk has less fat in it.
When I was nursing my kids I would pump breast milk. I would put the milk in a small plastic container and freeze it. That way when I was not at home, my kids could still benefit from breast milk. When one was used, another was removed from the freezer to be thawed. If it wasn't quite thawed it could be put in a pan of warmed water-not boiling.

ewww. I can see it now...eating my corn flakes with breastmilk. EWWWW! Well from what I here there about the same. Yes, it goes bad like anything else. Can you make cheese/butter/ice cream/yogurt? Why would you? But you can call your local milk farm and ask them. I'm sure they will help you right out.

Yes to all of the above. And it tastes kinda like evaporated milk in a can if you've even seen or tasted that. Kind of like watery milk, with a touch of sweetness.

Sure you can make cheese and yogurt from it, and ice cream etc. It has about 3-4% fat same as cow's milk.
You can also make soap from it, some moms do this as a WAHM business.
