It's VERY difficult and VERY EXPENSIVE. Ck Cathay Air for special deals. If you want to bum it and have time, there are freighters that take passengers in relative comfort for less too.

try swimming. however if that's not your cup of tea, then either by boat or air. You didn't state what islands you wanted to visit, that would help also.
