Ignore all those people who are just taking the p#ss its not even funny a prev answer of a minor stroke could be correct you should get straight to the doctors this is what i had and my words wouldnt come out properly!! Also it could be a number of other things but do get it checked out are you having any weakness in your left side or feeling tired?

You are writing them ok, so maybe you are suffering from severe anxiety, and your brain is working much faster than your mouth. There is also a chance you may have had a minor stroke, but seems unlikely. You should go and see your GP, and see how you talk to him. There are treatments for anxiety, and time will heal a stroke, but you need to be thoroughly checked out. Make an appointment ASAP.

Look 4 horses, not zebras. Have your Doc do a full panel blood work, it could be as simple as low thyroid. But, be prepared for them to send you for a head CT. I had this problem twice, not telling why, don't want to scare you.

I don't think anything is wrong with you.You just have something to say and your brain scrambles it before you can get it out.Maybe you can try to remember to take a deep breath and then try to say what you need to say.Good luck and I hope everything works out for you.

Not to sound too alarmist, but you could have had a minor stroke. If it continues to bother you-seek advise from your GP.

same thing happens to me when i got a migraine coming on, although its only for a few hours. you should go to a gp, im sure you will be fine.
