Hi. I suggest exfoliating just 2-3 times a week, max. Anything more might be too irritating to your skin. Also, you want to use a lotion that does NOT contain mineral oil as the molecular structure is too large to penetrate the pores of your skin, sitting on the top layer like saran wrap. This causes dirt and debris to collect on your skin and causes our skin problems. You want to stick with a water based product that will penetrate and hydrate your skin. If you're going to use a day crème, use one with a SPF of 8, anything higher can be too irritating for the skin on a daily use. You might want to try Arbonne's anti-aging day crème or intelligence moisturizer. Both are botanically based, pure, safe, and beneficial. If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one.

Okay, a few solutions. Exfoliate less. Try to take it down a little. If you exfoliate once daily, try every other day.

Also, you'll want to moisturize more. If you moisturize once a day, start moisturizing twice a day.

You'll just want to work on figuring out your skin during the winter. Since the weather changes, and your hormones change, you'll have to figure out more of how to fix your skin :-)
