they try to keep them away from there family especially if they are a american and try to control there woman every move. what do she not have a brain to think for herself.is he affraid she going to see him for what he really is.

Not all are like that...you're speaking for one individual that you have experienced..maybe a couple more....but they are not all the same, as nobody in this world is the same! Sure we have things in common with others...but we are not exactly the same as them! So...dont put them all together like that pleas! Everyone is different! So why does YOUR muslim man control you??...because you're letting him!!! Donnt let him!! Unless you like it...its up to you..its your life, live it how you want, and do what makes YOU happy!!

Well, everyone did at some point in time. If you remember, women were deemed to be the childbearers, and the housemakers. Only later in life did everyone think that they can be productive elsewhere as well.

it is there religion you should see how they treat them in there own country they have fashon police to make shure there dresed properly and if there not they get beat! look up muslim heritage on the imternet to find more info

the way he was brought up.
a lot of men from everywhere have that instinct to protect their women.
muslim men just dont hide it.
in hteir culture, women are really sacred.
you dont touch another woman unless you're ready for her father/brothers/husband to kill you.
