This is alls you have to do, that amount of weight in that time is easily doable. Well it is for a man anyways, but hopefully this will work. Eat every 3 hours, but small meals. Drink 96oz. of water (distilled) daily. And do aerobic activity for 30-45 minutes sometime during the day, and at night. The night exercise should be around 8 or 9 PM, and you should stop eating at 7 or 8 pm. Do this, stay away from the pills, take a multi-vitamin and trust me this can actually become a usual thing for you.
This isnt changing much, just eat what you know is healthy, dont go away from carbs and dont eat that specialty food crap, because you wont like it, then you'll go on a binge after about 2 weeks and you will have wasted alot of you efforts. The program listed above is what I do all the time, except I drink a gallon of water a day, and my exercises last 45-60 minutes at a time. I have been on it for about 2 weeks now and have already dropped 10 pounds and quite a few inches.
This is the best kind of diet and exercise program there is, because its not a diet, its a way of changing how you eat. And the exercise can range from light to intense, as long as you get up and do it, you will feel great and you will easily loose weight and tone up. Try doing pilates in the morning, that will help out a lot. And like I said, dont worry about cutting carbs and calories and stuff like that. Just eat using portions and eat healthy.

Try and back off of white bread, sugars, and any drink besides water and crystal light. If you are craving something salty go for popcorn instead of chips, or some veggies. If you want something sweet try blending frozen strawberries and diet sprite or fruit and low sugar yogurt. Also dont allow yourself to eat three hours before you go to bed. If you are craving food then try drinking hot tea or celery with salsa. Good Luck! Also if you do this add back bread and sugars slowly and in small portions so that you do not gain it back.
