If she gets caught the most likely possibility is that the bar will confiscate the fake ID and ask her to leave. In theory they could call the cops but I don't think they could legally detain her so if I was her I'd just get out of there ASAP. Now, if the cops catch her or are around when she tries to use it then she could get arrested and face possible legal problems.
As for you getting in trouble just being with her I'd say no. They could try to prove that you knew and were an accomplice, etc but she's not a minor so you wouldn't be responsible. If anything bad goes down then just say she told you she was 21 and as long as she doesn't tell them otherwise you should be fine.
Edit:
Several people are saying that you could get into trouble by contributing to the delinquency of a minor. That is false. You are no longer a minor when you become 18, therefore a 19 year old is responsible for their own actions. If your friend was 17 or younger then you could get into trouble for that but not a 19 year old.

They could be criminally charged with fraud and other crimes if caught. You are taking the risk of being charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Don't loan out your own ID, that's for sure. And make a plan in the event your friend gets into trouble. This may be one occasion where you'll have to let your friend take the heat, while you bail out anyway you can. Consider the risks before you take it.

I'll assume that she is using your ID?
She'll get the heave-ho and they may take her ID. I've known a couple places...who have been caught with under age patrons...to call police for those caught with fake ID, to show the police that they are trying to stop the underaged from coming in

My friend had his taken by the bar. That is usually what happens. And the embarrasment that goes along with getting busted in front of the other bar patrons. Other than that if the police were nearby then you can get busted for that. But they usually won't call the cops unless you create a huge scene or become disorderly....Dont drink and drive!!!

Hello
Depends on the bar. Some will just take it off you and kick you out. Others will call the police and hand you and false ID over to them.

Your friend would get into BIG trouble with a fake ID. S/he will have the ID taken away, and your friend will be spending time in jail, and it is possible that you will be in trouble, because you are not his/her guardian. You could also spend time in jail by taking a minor into a bar if you are not his/her guardian.

Most likely get banned from the bar, I.D. taken and disposed of, and you could possibly be arrested for 'CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR'!
DON'T DO IT! Some places might allow your friend to enter, but will not allow her to have any alcoholic beverages! But, there are some places that will not allow entry unless you are 21. Check with the place you want to go to. The 19 yr. old could be your designated driver!
HONESTY IS BEST IN ANY SITUATION! TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT! DISHONESTY WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU!

since she's a chicka they'll probably just snag her ID, give her a little bit of a hard time and be done with it, but just remember when your in on a fake ID don't make trouble otherwise they'll have no problem making trouble with you.

ID will be taken, she will be asked to leave, and the cops may be called.
