Auckland is definitely a town worth seeing.

I am going on a stag weekend in 4 weeks to Amsterdam should be very good! So try there! Price is reasonable too

I am not sure where you are or what's abroad to you, but I love Amsterdam and can't this of a better place to spend one of my last remaining single weekends!!

I've just been to Latvia ... only about 2 hrs 30 mins flight and sooooo cheap. It's about -16 at the moment though so you'd need thermals

my brother and a few of his mates go to Prague every year for a weekend away, it's quite cheap out there

Prague is fantastic - just as pretty as Paris but heaps cheaper beer!!

Cologne. the night life there is fantastic. definately recomend it.
