If the former then 99.9%, if the latter then certainly in my mis-spent youth most of my new boy/girl relationships definitely started way after 5pm...and mostly after at least 5 beers too...!

About 50%. Its really whether I know them from university or not!
Uni= before 5
Other= after 5
