I'm currently leasing a Scion tC and am looking for move to NYC and won't need it. I started my lease in Aug 06 for a 2007 Scion tC and am planning to move to NYC sometime in Oct or Nov.
I know I can transfer my lease to someone else who is willing to take it. Where can I list that?
Would you suggest I buy out the car and sell it? Am I able to buy it out after the lease hit 1 year or less?

it depends on who did the financing. Some companies do not allow assumption loans.

But if you're sure you can transfer the lease, my suggestion would be Craigs list, can't go wrong there. However, I'm pretty sure that that person would have to have a credit check done on them before it could be approved.
