Do girls still like for peopel to write poetry about them?

See ive been dating this girl for almost a complete month now, and I am a poet at heart I love to write about things that inspire me. And I was woundering if girls still like for their bf to write poetry for them and things like that to make them feel special.

I really need some female opinions her!

P.S. Im a really good poet so its nothing that is half-baked or anything like that. I put alot of effort into it.

Yes, we still like it when guys write poems to us because it means they put some effort into making you feel special. Trust me it's a good thing if you write poem to your gf.

My girlfriend likes me to write songs and record them or play the for her. I made her a CD of all of my songs for Christmas. She doesnt like me to write poetry though. It all depends on the girl man. And if you are good at it go for it.

My honest opinion: i like poetry but somehow put in a joke or a game.. or something funny, that puts a smile on my face whenever i remember it. She might appreciate more your sense of humor.. most girls do.

OF course that's very romantic my hubby do not write poems but he did wrote me one back in high school and i kept it in my album with our old pic. girls love it when there sweetheart are romantic
