so my boyfriend, now ex dumped me by sms. without any explanation. i'm so angry so hurt, so confused. i never want to see him again but i've lost my best friend too.
what is the best way to get over it?

Try not to think about it, go out with a few girlfriends. A guy who will dump you by SMS is a loser. It's even worse than a phone call break-up. You're better off alone.

Go out and have fun with your friends and family. You cannot sit around sulking in your sorrows, it will definitely make things worse. But, there is someone out there who will treat you wonderful, you just have to give it time and not rush it. Until then...enjoy being single! Its way fun! You will, one day, settle down and have a fairy tale life...until that happens just enjoy your life to the fullest, you only have one! Lifes an adventure..you never know where the road may lead you next! If you should fall along the way, just pick yourself up and try again and again! Othere than that...just relax and enjoy the ride..but watch out for little bumps in your way! But, do whatever makes you happy ..and look toward the future! Good Luck!

2) Say good riddance & count your lucky stars.
3) You are now free to find someone more worthy of your affections. Tell yourself & you know it to be true that he is NOT the one for you.

Ummmmmm......... Well to be completely honest he is a total coward. But he probably didnt want to show just how hurt he was by his descision especially if you had been going out for a while.

Best way is to forget him. he aint even man enough to dump you face to face. he aint worth the heartache or the worry. FInd urself a nice guy who will treat you much better.
