I am a habitual snacker and I am trying to cut back and only eat 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks. The problem is a seem to get dizzy after only 2 hrs of not eating. I had 2 slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter for breakfast. Why is this happening?

Because your body is still expecting the snack. Make the snack smaller, before you eliminate them

It's possible that you may have diabetes type 1. Dizziness is a symptom of your glucose level being low. This is where your pancreas doesn't release enough glucose into your blood. So ask your doctor and pay him a visit. He/she will tell if you should be worried.

Talk to your family physician and get a simple blood test to make sure that you are not suffering from low blood sugar. If you are not, then stick with it, your body will catch up soon enough.
