FUDGE IT! can any one help?! please!?

any one know of a really good recipe for vanilla fudge? thats works every time if possible? i cant seem to find any good ones. please help?

2 1/2 cups [500 g] sugar
1/4 cup [60 g] butter or margarine
3/4 cup [190 mL] evaporated milk
3/4 cup [190 mL] marshmallow creme
3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] salt
3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] vanilla

Into a casserole, mix together sugar, butter or margarine, evaporate milk, marshmallow paste and salt.
Using a beater, beat together all ingredients.
Stirring, bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, mix in vanilla, then pour mixture into a 9-inch [23-cm] square mold.
Leave to cool, then refrigerate mixture until hardened.
Serve, cut into squares.
