I think my dog gets bored when he is all alone at home so i bought a cat for him to play with.but i left them alone for 2 hours my cat is missing a chunk of meat.

Not possible and your dog is jealous of the cat.
It's his territory and he doesn't want the cat on it.

Cats suck. If your dog eats the cat oh well, just go the pound and get another. As far as breeding them Im not sure if its possible but force the dogs penis into your cat and if the cat will not accept it then beat the hell out of it.
