I've noticed that a fairly large part of my scalp is visible through my hair. When I checked, there is a ton of scalp where hair is not growing out if it (it's like a hair scattered here and there) My friend mentioned that you could see it, and I don't know what to do. I've heard stress causes it, or thyroid, but I don't think my parents would do anything. Any natural ways to remedy it?

You should got see your Dr right away. There are many tests that can be done to determine your problem, you may have alopecia which is more of a skin/scalp disorder which any dermatologist can spot easily. There are also thyroid and hormonal issues that can be going haywire. If you get to the Dr promptly you may be able to just nip this in the but before it becomes to problematic.

You need to see a doctor. There are several things that could be wrong. Most of the things can be checked with a simple blood test. Explain this to your parents. You are way to young to be having this type of issue, so please convince them that you need to see your family physician.
