I don't have time for a shower in the morning, but I noticed that when I wake up, the back of my hair is flat and frizzy. Any suggestions?

wrap your hair up nightly with a silk scarf.

I have curly hair myself--

the best thing to do is to tie two low pigtails and sleep. Your hair won't poof and frizz in the morning, because when you release the pigtails, the hair is already set from being tied loose and low for however many hours you sleep.

Works like a charm. =D

get a satin or silk pillow case, split your hair down the back and fan it out.
