Yes if you get married to that person
or they are gay or family or a friend of the family
difficult but possible other wise.
As soon as you get involved with another person - that partner will most likely be jealous and the friendship will sooner or later end.
When you get married - your partner becomes your best friend and other friends take second place and as years go by - friends gets less and less involved in your life and their lives change and soon you find these friends are no more

Sure they can. Of course everything depends on how both persons partners react to the friendship but it's possible.
I've known my friend since kindergarten and we're both 23 now and still friends. In high school our friendship was tighter than it is now because we don't see each other that much anymore, but we email on a regular bases and both our partners are OK with the friendship.

Yes, I've been friends with my friend for a longgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg time over 34 years. Still going strong. So yes.

i have been friends with a guy for about 10 years and even tho he moved over 6 hours away we are stil the best of friends.

NOT ON THIS EARTHLY WORLD,NEVER!!!!this is obvious negative actrects positive,so no man can be a closefriends with a woman forever,they'll end up being lovers or enemies,if not that they can "CLAIM" to be friends unless they not.OR UNLESS one of u is gey!BUT still chencesses r there for u 2 to be lover OR SEX PARTNERS!

yes they can, if there is not chemistry, or even if there is,. My husband and i are bestfriends, we were bestfriends before we got married, and to this day we are still the best of friends.
