Paganism is the umbrella under which Wicca falls.
There are many different paths of paganism.
Some people have created courses of study for others to follow, and some choose to follow a path that they create for themselves.
If you are interested in a specific path other than wicca, please let me know and I'll be happy to share some links/book recommendations with you.
As for wicca, you can run a search on the net using that word and tons of sites will pop up for you.

There's no such thing as "Wiccaism". :-) The term you're looking for is just "Wicca".
I can't speak for other branches of Paganism, but within Wicca there are two primary routes of study. One is the solitary route: it's self-directed, although sometimes you can find courses to enroll in that will help you along or loosely affiliated groups of other solitaries. The other is the coven route: it's also primarily self-directed, but it is a course of study conducted in the "outer court" of a coven that eventually ends up with the practitioner being initiated into the coven in question.
Most covens don't go around advertising, so in my opinion the best way to start is as a solitary -- reading, practicing ritual, and perhaps finding other Pagans in your area to practice with. The Witches of the World section at Witchvox:
http://www.witchvox.com/xvn.html
can help you with that. Just use the pull-down menus on the left to find individuals, groups, shops, and events in your area.
Whatever you do, I advise you to stay away from anything by Silver Ravenwolf, for the reasons outlined in this article:
http://wicca.timerift.net/ravenwolf.shtml
The site that the article comes from is, in my opinion, one of the better Wiccan sites out there:
http://wicca.timerift.net/
If you have any further questions, please feel free to email me. I wish you the best of luck on your path.

That really depends on the coven, temple, or circle. The various Wiccan and Pagan traditions have their own courses of study. There is no one specific method of learning, because there are so many varieties of Paganism and Wicca.

There are numerous ways, though most people start as solitary pagans (there are more people who want to be in groups than groups willing to take people in). I suggest reading, reading, and then when youre done with that read some more.
My personal favorite links are at http://www.thegreenwolf.com/links.html
I also highly recommend these sites in particular:
http://www.witchvox.com
http://www.twpt,com
http://www.davensjournal.com
Once you've done some online reading, try some books on for size. Daven's Journal has reviews, as does http://www.facingnorth.net
Also, I review books at http://lupabitch.wordpress.com
Once you've read some and are ready to talk to other people, check out the Witches of the World section at Witchvox. Then hit up http://groups.yahoo.com and http//meetup.com to find pagans in your area.
Hope that helps!

Certainly. There are many places where you can learn more about Paganism and Wicca. Some of the places are:
http://www.wicca.org
http://www.witchvox.com
http://www.wiccanseminary.org (This is sort of a Search Page, not a school actually).
Or by e-mailing those of us Pagans and Wiccans who are here in Yahoo Answers. For my e-mail, just click my picture.

You can find many sites on the net that offer instruction. I bought books and read all about the religion before making my decision to convert. There are many good instructional books and groups that can help.
Blessed Be.
