I just got my nose pierced 2 weeks ago and while washing my face, it unsdcrewed itself and fell out. How can I fix this? It heals pretty quickly. I might not be screwing it in right...I know know.

If its the nose screw you have to follow the jewelry's shape as you put it in. Its a little tricky, but if you just go slow and turn the jewelry as you put it back in it should go in fairly easily. If you are having trouble do not force it in, but go to your piercer and ask them for some help.

I've had my nose pierced for years now and I can tell you that those screw in studs are a nightmare, they're a pig to get back in and they hurt.
Go out and buy yourself some small flat(ish) stud earings, throw the backs away and bend them at a right angle about haif way down the post. They just pop in easily, they don't knock out any easier than the spiral nose studs and their much more comfortable.
