I'm not sure how old your are but the key to overcoming your shyness around girls is being confidant. Be yourself, smile all it takes is a few words to get a conversation started and most likely the person or girl your talking to will have something to say back.

jus relax and think to your self noone is better than anyone else ;D
Jus be friendly and talkative just open up a little bit if they seem interested be complemented if they decide to have a logn conversation with you or seem interested good luck stud xx

well, depends on what you want to do with the girl.
If you want to get to know her, just...talk to her. At least I find that to be a good start. Then once you know her well enough, you can arrange further dating plans.
From my experience, arranging a date with common interest is much more enjoyable compared to a random date at the movie or diner.

Shyness is a noun, not a verb. If you go to a mirror and you can't look at yourself straight in the eye, then something definitely is wrong.

you can overcome your shyness around girls by practising not to be one, try to converse with people most specially girls, try to talk with your mom or sister even female cousins maybe it can boost your self confidence. Just relax and be cool with it! theres nothing to be ashamed of, girls are people too!

First you've got to begin feeling confortable around girlz... then you slowly become friends with them .. flirt with them a couple of times.. and you've got em in the palm of you r hand

just be strong and go to the girl and tell her:
I'm feeling shy to talk with you so either we can make a relation now or we will not talk together any more

just don't go with any women that are smarter then you are.
just pick women of low self esteem and less then average looks as they will be grateful that you showed interests in them and you will have a friend for life.

nothings wrong with u, try have girl freinds first and not just all of a sudden trying to get a gf, coz u have to be comfertable around girls first
