If this is a serious question, there are several things you can do. You could start with a book by Margot Anand called the Art of Everyday Ecstacy, she goes through the different chakras and how to remove blockages. You're chakras are never all 'shut down' at once. You have 7. You coud also go through your own chakras and see if you feel like one is not open or less open. You could search it online and see what methods make sense. I use a naturopath, an energy healer and I am a yoga practitioner. I think yoga is an excellent way to help keep the chakras in balance.
