Since this is the UK section I'm assuming you're in the UK. As far as I know it isn't classed as comestic surgery and it can be done freely on the NHS, naturally you just have to wait for it.
However without surgery, stick the exercise regime, drink water, and have hope!
Well done by the way.

I gained 50 pounds when I was pregnant with my son and I still have a saggy wrinkled belly nearly four years later. From what I can tell, surgery is the option that offers the best results. I know there are some laser tightening processes that can be done, but I don't know how effective they would be on such a large area of loose skin. I think abdominal exercises can help, but not cure the problem. I don't think there's anything that can make the skin smooth and unblemished again. Congrats on the loss!

You are in too big a hurry, that much weight loss in that short a period of time could have lead to a heart attack.
You were lucky, just remember, slow and steady!
You will lose the exess skin too, but it wouldn't have shown up with a good, slow loss and plenty of exercise.
Just exercise and watch how well it disappears, depending on how bad it is, it may take a while if it is terribly excessive and always avoid surgery if you can, because many people die each year from complications from the anesthetics.
They aren't as bad as they used to be, but the hospital still makes you sign a waiver and info paper just in case.
They don't do that for fun you know!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Your skin will eventually shrink to match your new body shape. Drinking water, exercising, getting plenty of sleep will speed the process.
Surgery can be necessary in extreme cases, but I'd hold off on surgery for a while.

Wow!!! Conratulations!!!! You could try working out and building abdominal muscles to fill in. If you have worked out I am pretty sure though that surgery would be your only option. If you cannot afford it, offer a doctor some trade. Do work for him in trade for his services. I am proud of you! I am having problems losing 20 pounds! Good luck!

Always have vegetables on side. Saute a big bag connected with frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor in addition to separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

Exercise seems to be the only answer or you could get surgery to get rid of the saggy skin. For the mean time try using firming creams and exercise.
