and your have a machine-readable passport, than NO you do not need a visa. However, if you do not have a passport from anyone of these countries, than YES you will need a transit visa. This has been the law since November 3, 2003.

No visa required if you remain at the airport within the confined area and do not go out into the main airport. To leave the controlled area you would have to pass through passport control and a visa would be needed.
