mccain oven chips are only 5% fat and you can cook them in the oven without any oil.
you're right - you need to avoid fried chips such as from the fish and chip shop or macdonalds or ones deep fried at home.
Look at the packets and find ones that are lower fat and oven bake them

I think your asking what you should eat. I think vegetables would be good, they will help your brain powers and perhaps then you will have a grasp of how to write and speak English in a way that we can understand
Personnally, I would advise you to eat either, if you are too lazy to learn basic communication skills then you will be too lazy to get up and exercise and whatever you eat will make you fat.
All chips have been fried, the pre-cooked ones (Oven and Microwave) just have different ways of being heated up, and the healthiest are reputed to be thick cut chip shop chips and they are OK to eat in modertation. Eating chips of any kind every day is probably not good for you.

I'm afraid that it is so that if you eat fatty chips then you will become fat. Low-fat oven or microwave chips are the lowest in fat but may contain chemicals or hydrogenated oils that are harmful to your health. For a healthy alternative to greasy chips, get a sweet potato, peel it, parboil it for 10 minutes, chop it into discs or strips, brush with extra-virgin olive oil or walnut oil and oven bake for about 20 minutes on a medium heat or on a Grilling Machine if you have one. Very tasty and contains good oils. It does, however, still contain the same calories as ordinary chips so you shouldn't eat too many. The healthy oils it is cooked in will serve to protect your cardiovascular system though.

Well, your grammar, spelling and punctuation are all so poor that I struggled to understand what you are actually asking.
Fried chips are the worst; and thin fried chips are worse than chunky fried chips.
Oven and microwave chips are not so bad - but compare the packaging to see what the fat content is. If it's under 5% then they're OK.
Eat sensibly and you shouldn't becomE fat.
