I have to omega 3, I was wondering if it makes your hair grow. I used to have long hair. But it feel out about 1 or 2 years ago, and my mom cut my hiar above my ears. And now it is 1 or 2 years later and it is a little bit past my solders.

Omega 3 fats will contribute to your overall health and well being. They are ESSENTIAL fats that everybody requires. Do not miss them everyday.

Your hair and your nails will grow stronger and faster.

Nevertheless, omega 3 is not the only factor in your health. Your overall health reflects in you hair.

Are you eating a lot of sugary things, breads, junk food, fry foods, sodas, etc?. Are you eating lots of vegetables fruits and protein? Are you exercising at least 3 hours a week?. Do you feel happy?.

All these are a reflection of your health.
