reduce eating junk food eats lots of fruits and vegetables drink lots of water do not reduce intake of food but maintain a balanced diet.regular ansimple exercises like a little bit of bending front to back back to side all the way in which the tummy is exercised .do all his for a few months and think positive!:)

every day early in the morning have a glass of water mixed with some honey....it will help reduce some fat off ur body..good luck
