even i m 168 cm n i keep thinkin will i ever grow tall...n 4got 2 tell u dat i m 15 too...evrybody keeps sayin dat i have a lot of time 2 grow...but i m relly tensed u noe...i m a gurl....i think u cud use dat thingy called accupuvch height increaser...

Most number say that the quickest evolution and human body development can be observed between the age of 13 and 18. Therefore, depending on your own internal rythm, you will grow taller in the next few years. I've had mates in highschool that were pretty short, and less developed (kid voice, girly looks), and after the summer holiday they came back to school 10cm taller, with a manly-bass-voice and started growing facial hair!
Although you can still grow even after the age of 18 up to 23 or so, the difference will be less noticeable than the puberty/adolescence period. Good luck and do not despair! :-)

Hai.I am 14 year boy and 170Cm's tall. You are growing at normal rate and stage. If this height is not enough try excising with skiping rope or jumping rope.It will help you to increase you height and build& tighten your muscels in the legs,thigs and hand.

Your body grows at it's own rate. There is really nothing you can do to make yourself grow faster. When your body is ready, it will grow.
