How can you tell if the "gamot" (medicine) is not real or in other words poisonious?

If it's coated in candy and has a little "m" on it - then it's fake.

No you have to consider the source. If you bought it on the internet or a "blackmarket" source then you might want to look into it.

You could google it - enter the name of the pill under IMAGES on google and see if it looks like the one you have.

And finally you could take it and let us know if you live.

there are web sites that have pictures of what presciption medications are supposed to look like. If you can't identify it there, ask your Pharmacist.

brand's name is bigger than generic name. no expiration date and no BFAD number . and cheap
