First thing first: I have nothing against fat and ugly girls. But i have found out that both in real life and online (dating sites, chat etc) only fat and ugly women are sometimes interested in me. I never get interest from average to pretty girls.
About myself I'm an old guy 35 yo and toned and quite but not overly muscular. I have sixpack abs and am not tall only 173 cm. I'n my opinion (and judging from my experience) my face is not handsome either.
Is my age and the way i look and my height the reason only some fat and ugly women and sometimes old and ugly women are interested in me?

Oh dear, you really don't sound like a nice sort of happy guy that would attract happy people!!
At your age you are not old (I'm 37!!) and height is ok too. A bit conceited, cos sixpack abs really are not important. (the mention of those would get you crossed off my list.. sorry.) Shows you take more interest in yourself than important things.
Usually, it's not how guys look that makes them attractive, its how they conduct themselves. What do you do for a living? It's not the money that counts, but more the respectable thing.
Get some humour, a more positive outlook and groom yourself nicely. Watch your language and have some manners ( 'fat and ugly'???)
Maybe you are not being approachable, a smile can go a long way. Are you setting yourself unreasonable goals? A model look doesn't mean she's a nice girl...
Also maybe you are looking on the wrong place for love. Chat and online dates may not be necessary or appropriate tools for nice girls to date. They have a 'desperate' tag attached... Get out there and start smiling!!
PS.. just read your profile.... that would make any girl run!!! Stop being so conceited!! (and boring... are you really THAT into yourself???) I take it you are the kind that just talks about himself??? AAARRRGGGHHHH

Maybe if you werent so judgmental about others maybe someone would see your beauty inside and out. How would you like it if someone said, all i can get is this 35 year old ugly guy who is too short? Get the picture? Try in life not to be so damn shallow. Maybe you say too much. Maybe you need to smile and allow the other person to say hey maybe he is a respectful of others, not crude super nice guy. Now you may say what you wrote on here to people and personally I would run from you if I were women. Look at what you wrote..very very shallow and something I would expect from a juvenile trying to impress his little friends by being mean. You are almost middle aged grow up.

Well maybe its because you just said you weren't that much of a looker yourself so they think they have a better chance with you then some hot dude. This is not trying to be mean, but are you saying they are ugly because they are fat or they are fat and ugly..I know some guys that call fat girls ugly not because their face is ugly but because their "fatness" makes them ugly, there is a difference.

well 1st off you need to stop looking for women on the net. Go out somewhere and meet women face to face. Do you have any dating friends? Maybe there girlfriends could find you a woman. Have you been married before?

First, it's rude to call people fat and ugly....now on to your question...
Maybe you come on too strong when you are talking to someone that you think is hot, and are comfortable and cool when you're talking to someone that you are not attracted to. Take it easy, and when you're talking to someone that you think is pretty, don't bring up all of the fat ugly girls to them. They might think you're an asshole and run for the hills. I would. Maybe it's not your looks ..You may have a personality problem that only ugly women will settle for? Or you may not be rich enough for the pretty girls..

Sorry but...the only thing that is fat, seems to be your ego...and ugly??....your attitude maybe could do with a facelift !!...maybe that way you may attract all types, then you can choose who you want!!
