Christ has made it possibe to be forgiven of our sins, BUT one had be very careful IF they cause someone else to sin as they will be partakers of that sin by doing so.

Jesus atonement is for all our sins.
Humble before Him and acknowledge you have sinned.
He is just and will forgive you all your sins.
Take responsibility for all the sins you have committed
and don't blame to circumstances or others.
But we can sometimes be responsible for the sins of other people. We have to admit that before God as well.

According to Jesus:
"Not everyone who calls me ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only those who do what my Father in heaven wants them to do." (MT 7)
"Settle disputes with your adversary, amicably, before it is too late; otherwise, he might drag you into court and the court would hand you over to the authorities to be thrown in jail. I tell you, you won’t be released from there until you have paid the last penny." (MT 5)
"‘Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you fed me; I was thirsty and you gave me a drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; naked and you clothed me; sick and in prison and you visited me.’
"Then, the righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you anything to drink? Or a stranger and help you? Or naked and clothe you? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
"And the King will tell them, ‘When you did this for the least of my brothers, you were doing it for me!’" (MT 25)
Based on the above, it should be clear to everyone that we will be required to pay for our own sins and transgressions, ourselves. Jesus won’t and he did not. At the same time, we will reap the benefits of every good that we do. We will reap all that we sow. No escaping it.
And Jesus never mentioned anything about an original sin, either. This teaching is a creation of the church and has no basis in truth.

Jesus never took the stain of Adam and Eve from us. The stain of original sin is taken away when we are baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spriit. Jesus told us this when He was baptized by John the Baptist. Jesus' death and resurrection redeemed our souls for possible entrance into Heaven. He is our Redeemer. If we are faithful and good people, then His sacrifice will save us when our soul is judged after our death.

Mav believes she is responsible only for her own sin, but the reprecussions of her sin can last through generations.
Mav believes in generational sin. You learn to be a parent from you parents, they learn from theirs and so on.
Mav believes that when her great - grandfather gambled away the family farm, the reprecussions are felt today. (turns out to be a crooked card game, but that doesn't change the fact the man put up the farm on a game of cards)
Mav knows that we are still feeling the reprecussions of the fall - we certainly aren't living in Eden. Mav does believe that Jesus has paid the price for our return to paradise.

My personal view is, there may have many more indirectly involved in this but not possible to trace out and prove. That is why they have done it indirectly. But you are solely responsible for not listening the right people's say and your first inner voice as you followed wrong people to achieve your nonsensical desires. That is why, ultimately you are responsible, according to society and god's rule.

No, that isn't true. Because if we were ONLY responsible for our sins, why does it say we are BORN into sin, shapen in what? Iniquity.
Sounds to me, like other people's sins being laid on us RIGHT THERE! Lol !!!
Obviously, we can't be shaped in our own yet, since we are newly born, and U know what the wages of sin is? That's right, death!
That's why I don't even serve God. I mean, imagine if your older kid did something wrong, but instead of punishing him, you did like God did, woops! I wanna punish ALL of y'all. Come here kids, I have to punish every one of you, that will teach ya!
Sound good? Not in my book!

He said, "...go and sin no more." Your sins have been washed away through Jesus, if you believe them to be so.
