I have never been able to stick to a routine diet. I lose weight for a period but then I am back off the diet and back to my normal routine. I enjoy foods like Albacore Tuna and Ramen noodles from time to time. Does anyone have any suggestions?

All diets are alittle hard. You really have to change your way of eating.have you ever heard of starving your body fat....feeding your body thin. Well instead of starving your self through a diet you eat through a diet... It works!! You can have 5 small meals a day!! You just have to eat when you are hungry " about " every 3 hour... The meals should be about fist size. They should be health foods and stay away from processed foods, there filled with bad stuff. Also drink lots of water. Some times our body is trying to tell us its thirsty and we feed it instead. See when we go on a diet and deprive our body's of food, our body will hold on to out fat and food because you've pushed it in to starvation mode. If you feed your body its not going to go into starvation mode and will allow you to lose weight and keep it off. Just eat healthy and exercise. Good luck! OH Yeah stay away from Romen noodles!!! I was floored when I read the calories and all the bad stuff that's in those!!WoW! and to top it of one Romen is 2 servings!!

The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat. This is simply the easiest, most natural and complete program I know of.

Figure out how to incorporate your favorite foods into a reduced calorie, well-balanced diet. I was able to do this by calorie counting. There was usually 200 calories of "bad" choices available per day, so I could figure in ONE bad food per day - in the right portion size.

I lost 20 pounds in 4 months. I've been maintaining for 10 months now. Really happy with what I did - I did not focus so much on being "ON" a diet, I just changed my eating, shopping, and exercise habits to a routine I could actually stick to. (Oh, and light tuna is great on a salad, or next to a pile of broccoli and 3/4 a cup of whole grain pilaf.)

Good luck!

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! Your weight will increase whenever the number of calories you eat is more than the number of calories you eat...
so make it a habit to work out regularly and the effect of food on your weight will be significantly lower.
